  • Check-In Devices: Tablets or smartphones (iOS 14+ / Android 10+).

  • Label Printer: Brother QL-820NWBc (2.4GHz Wi-Fi or LAN compatible).

  • Networking: Stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or wired LAN (dongle or portable router options recommended).

  • Charging Stations and Mounting Stands (for check-in kiosks).

The Brother QL-820NWBc only supports 2.4GHz networks. If the device is connected to a 5GHz network or a misconfigured router, the printer will not connect and badge printing will not work. Always test your network setup in advance.

  • Wavecast Hub Access: with Admin rights for event configuration and reporting.

  • EventX Portal: required by Event Manager for setup.

  • EventX App: installed on each check-in device.
