Q: Why didn’t my profile update on Wavecast? Only empty fields are updated.

Q: How do I handle walk-ins? Use the EventX app to add them. They will sync to Wavecast automatically when online.

Troubleshooting Tips

Brother printer can't find the network? Check it’s on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. EventX App can't find the printer? Check the printer is on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and the same network as the check-in device. QR code not scanning? Check camera permissions on check-in device or use manual search.
