Activate Check-in for Your Event

If you wish to use the EventX check-in and badging solution, Wavecast must configure this for you.

Request Setup from Wavecast

Email [email protected]envelope no later than one week before your event and include:

  • Event ID (from your Wavecast event)

  • Event Name

  • Event Date

  • Estimate total number of in-person registrations

  • Primary and backup Event Manager email addresses

Once received, the Wavecast team will:

  • Create the Event in EventX

  • Configure the integration between Wavecast and EventX

  • Sync attendee data

  • Configure the walk-in registration form

  • Invite your Event Managers to EventX portal via email

⚠️ Important: If the request is submitted late, we cannot guarantee same-week setup or testing time.
