Download the EventX Check-In App on all check-in devices:
iOS 14+ (App Store)
Android 10+ (Google Play)
Install and ensure app permissions (e.g. camera for QR scanning) are enabled.
The EventX app is only compatible with tablets and smartphones. It does not support desktop or laptop use. Check the app store for latest operating system requirements.
Setting Up Devices
To connect check-in devices to your event:
Go to In-Person Check-In > Tutorial in the EventX portal.
Open the EventX App on each check-in device and scan the Event QR Code.
The QR code expires every 7 days, so do not circulate it in advance of setup.
Launch the Event on Each Device
Open the EventX Check-In App.
Scan the Event QR Code, found in EventX Portal > In-Person Check-In > Tutorial .
